PIE: Halloween Event

Sorry for being super inactive for the last few months! But I'm back with a Halloween-themed PIE event. Please read all the rules and directions to join! ; u ;

DATES:

Event Status: CLOSED

Accepting Applications: From 10/1/17 to 10/10/17

Starts: 10/12/17

Ends: 10/31/17

RULES:

- Before sending your application, join the group as a contributor and wait until you're accepted (If you're already a contributor, you can skip this step!)
- When sending your application, send a note to me (spectrum-chan)
- I will reply back by 10/12/17 with who you will be making an icon for and what character you will be drawing
- Since this is a holiday event, please make sure your icon is Halloween themed in some way!
- Once you complete your icon DO NOT upload!!! First, submit the icon to sta.sh and note me the link!
- For this event, I will allow everyone to submit their icons to their galleries on or after Halloween day!
